  • Start and finish of all events at the Morton Park District Pool
  • Limited to the first 250 individuals
  • Race Day Registration 6:00 – 7:00 am
  • Pre-Race Meeting 7:00 am
  • Awards/Metals for the top 3 in each age group & relay team
  • T-Shirts for all participants
  • Safety: Run and bike are on open road. Certified helmets are required!
  • Age groups: Male & Female: 10 year splits
  • Relay Teams: All male (any age), all female (any age), co-ed (any age). Relay Teams may consist of 2 or 3 people. Each relay team member must complete an application & pay registration fee! Relay Team entries must be submitted together to qualify. An email will be sent once your registration has been received.
  • Individual pregistration fees are $50. After 5/20/12 they're $55. On race day they're $60 if space is available.
  • Relay Team preregistration fees are $75. After 5/20/12 they're $80. On race day they're $85 if space is available.
